Really enjoyed this hotel! Amazing location a few minutes from multiple metro lines, friendly staff, and decent sized rooms. The photos online do make it seem a little more upscale than it truly is - linens and fixtures seem a little dated, but still mostly clean and functional. Shower was well hot but lacked good water pressure. Overall would stay here again, but with different expectations
Un personnel aux petits soins. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre côté cour... Le quartier c'est Paris cosmopolite et bruyant. Mais Paris ♥️
Merci pour l'accueil
Rooms: Small, cozy, very modern. Thin walls let in all sounds from neighbors (and ours were certainly noisy well into the night). They make decent usage of their space, but this room is designed for somebody who doesn't intend to spend a lot of time in.
Bathrooms: Generous in space. The toilets are kind of high (a pleasure to the tall and kind of weird for the short). The showers were great (both a handheld toward the side and a rain head built into the ceiling). Our towel rack was beginning to sag, but that's an easy fix. The sink area offers no vanity.
Bed: Both of us woke with back aches regularly. Even for lenient travelers, one may not find much to brag about here.
Breakfast: Generous, but not table service. I found the orange juicer, pain au chocolat, smoked bacon, Emmental cheese, coffee and rolls of thinly sliced meat to be my favorite parts.
Service: Professional and attentive. They didn't miss a beat and made a critical contribution to making the hotel experience better than average.
Price: We paid for the stay with breakfast through booking.com and found the price to be about average.
Location: Close to plenty of Metro stops, great shopping, excellent food, and some interesting architectural and historical points of interest, but not the most in demand (which likely serves to keep the price under control).
Nichts besonderes, aber ein sauberes umd gemütliches Bett zum Schlafen in einer tollen Lage. Persönlich vermisste ich nur ein Glas aus actual Glas im Zimmer.
Very bad experience!!!!! The manager is very rude and thinking only about the money. The service is so bad I don’t recommend to nobody go to this hotel !!!!!!!!!
Warning: Do NOT book with this hotel! In the face of a war and zero flight options from our country, this establishment callously stuck to their rigid policies, showing zero regard for the safety of their customers. Refusing to cancel or adjust our booking is not just poor customer service—it's a disgraceful display of greed and insensitivity. To support such a heartless, profit-driven business during times of crisis is unacceptable. Shame on this hotel for its inhumane behavior!
This hotel's sheer disregard for the turmoil in our country is despicable! In the midst of a war, with no flights available and our safety at risk, they callously refused to alter our booking or offer a refund. Their insensitivity and greed are beyond belief. I strongly condemn their heartless behavior. A place that shows such blatant disregard for human safety doesn't deserve anyone's patronage!
Chambre spacieuse
Parfait
