4 star not sure for what exactly? They switched off the ac on the 1st night of winter, we had to suffocate and asked us to open the windows! The noise from the streets was so loud i couldnt sleep all night! The internet doesn't work at all! Couldn't charge my laptop cos the electricity plugs are defected!! The shower sprays water everywhere in the toilette it even wets the toilet paper!The only good thing is the staff who are so nice and the coffee! The rest is horrible!
