Hello! Tell me, please, will you ignore us and Booking for a long time? Why don't you reply to letters? Why don't you confirm Booking that we left your hotel on 17.01? 17.01 We came to your hotel, and the guy at the reception said that the manager would come and solve everything and the money would be returned to us, 14 days have passed, there is no answer, our money too! What's the reason? The next stage we have to go to the European court, do you want that? Or you will return to us our money, which you illegally keep with you!!!! When will your manager answer the Booking manager???

Ottima posizione 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro piguell, vicino Montmartre, muro del ti amo, Moulin rouge 7 minuti a piedi. Camera piccolina ma pulito. Diversi bar sotto hotel per fare colazione e bere un caffè accettabile quasi come in Italia.

Ascenseur à peine pour une personne avec une valise.
Le dispositif Ascenseur fait du bruit et la chambre était juste à côté. Impossible de se reposer.
Il n y a pas de douche mais une baignoire ancienne avec peinture décollée et vieille bâche
Porte en bois de la salle de bain vetuste ne se ferme pas.
Bref à 150 euros la nuit on attend mieux.

A fuir rapport qualité/prix. L’accueil est bien mais la qualité de la chambre entre les taches sur les murs, le froid dans les chambres, les douches cassées, moisissures et SURTOUT taches douteuses sur couvertures
