ハネムーンで利用。部屋はとても綺麗。設備も素晴らしい。部屋の景色だけ人工的な中庭しか見れず、写真時となり残念だった。

A beautiful hotel, in the beautiful city. Ideal location for sightseeing and shopping. The staff was very kind and helping. the most amazing part was the house keeping. The way they made up our room was very professional and up to the mark.
Very happy and would stay again when I return to this beautiful city.

Une expérience exceptionnelle, du début à la fin, MERCI à tous,
Mention spéciale à Jeanne, Rémi ou encore Clémentine, et au bagagiste dont j'ai oublié le nom mais qui était adorable, mais aussi à toute l'équipe du Scribe
Nous sommes venus pour mon anniversaire, accompagné de notre chiot de 6 mois. Le service était exemplaire, de la réception, au service de chambre, au staff du petit dejeuner, du ménage, TOUS, BRAVO.
Bravo vraiment à tous, et encore une fois MERCI, tellement d'attentions, pour nous, pour notre chien, pour moi à mon anniversaire. Nous avons vécus un rêve éveillé et classons ce séjour dans le TOP de nos séjours dans le monde! La chambre était plutôt petite, mais literie exceptionnelle, service impeccable. Restaurant : un délice. Bar : Cocktails originaux et très bons! Conciergerie : parfaites réponses. Réception : PARFAITS !! Encore une fois BRAVO et surtout MERCI !

I found this hotel to be truly worthy of a 5 star review. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, kind and helpful. The room was comfortable with a large comfy bed. It is located in the opera district of Paris which is a very nice neighborhood that is safe to walk in any time of day or night.
I especially enjoyed the breakfast service. Like most places in Europe it is a full breakfast service to accommodate palettes from all over the world. And, I so appreciated Christophe, an exemplary employee that is sincerely dedicated to creating a happy experience for all guests. Thank you for making our stay in Paris memorable and fun.

パリの最高のロケーションにある五つ星ホテル。オペラハウス至近。
ホテルの部屋や施設も素晴らしいですが、
特筆すべきはスタッフのホスピタリティー溢れるサービス。全くストレスを感じる事はありません。特にカフェレストランのクリストフさんは本当に笑顔で気配りの人。日本語も勉強されてます。気さくに一緒に記念撮影にも応じてくれたり、チェックアウト後はわざわざお見送りに出て来てくれました。

Tout d'abord, merci à Clara et Florian de nous avoir régalé et d'avoir été aussi généreux au restaurant jeudi 14 soir. Mention spéciale pour leur travail, leur sourire, leur bienveillance et leur souplesse. Tout le personnel est au petit soin, idem pour l'équipe petit dej qui est incroyable au passage. Un hôtel décoré avec goût et sobriété comme on adore. Une petite pépite nichée dans les beaux quartiers. On recommande les yeux fermés (même juste pour manger)
