部屋…1つの部屋に2階層あるスイートでした。浴槽がないのは残念でしたが、トイレが2カ所あり、広々としていて快適でした。またドレッサーも2カ所有り、沢山の服が保管できます。また寝室が2階にあり、ドアと遠いために他宿泊者の声などとも無縁でしたので静かで良かったです。
食事…今回強いて不満点を上げるとすれば食事でしょうか。野菜が少なく、そこが満足できませんでした。しかしパンは日替わりで何種類かあり、クロワッサンやデニッシュにチョコの入ったパンなどはとても美味しかったです。またフルーツもあり、良かったですね。
風呂…浴槽はありません。しかし水量の多めのレインシャワーと普通のシャワーの2種類がありました。バスや洗面台も清潔で良かったです。
サービス…今回一番のポイントはここです。フロントやクリーニングスタッフが親切な事です。特にフロントの方はどの方になっても親切で、こちらを助けようと努力してくれます。受付が何人もいる大きなフロントではないかもしれません。しかしそのフロントはとても良い仕事をしてくれます。
設備・アメニティ…アメニティなども潤沢にあります。ドライヤーが風量の多いタイプで非常に良いですね。海外なので歯ブラシなどは見当たらなかったので、持って行く必要がありそうです。タオル類も柔らかくて好印象です。
総合…久しぶりの海外で不安でしたが、スタッフの方のおかげで非常に有意義な旅になりました。立地・スタッフ等が特に飛び抜けて良かったです。日本人旅行客にも良いのではないでしょうか。英語でコミュニケーションできます。
