Restaurant offering products of impeccable freshness.

Of all the restaurants in the rue Saint-Lazare - and there is now a palanque - Mieux occupies the top of the basket. Behind an elegant green facade, the founding trio has created with their own hands a warm decor on two levels: in the lower room, with an open kitchen, a superb concrete bar stands next to disparate furniture and objects. In the plate, a partition very rightly executed with products of an irreproachable freshness. The matches are perfect, like, that Saturday, a sausage with mushrooms and truffles accompanied by a silky polenta and crispy fried carrots. Well stocked wine list.

Restaurant réservé par recommandation d'une amie. La réservation par tel très chaleureuse. L'accueil un peu moins. Risotto copieux mais pas le plat de poisson même si très très bon. Du coup on a pris un dessert mais bon 14 EUR pour un bout de cougnaman sec et une quenelle de sorbet pomme et un bout de pomme tatin, c'est abuser tout de même. C'est joli, c'est bon mais le rapport produit prix n'y est pas autant qu'à d'autres endroit. Mais si ils peuvent se le permettre pourquoi pas.

Toujours un plaisir de venir chez Mieux:
- une cuisine originale qui met en avant les produits du terroir. Le menu change tres très régulièrement, on revient donc avec plaisir pour découvrir les nouveautés
- un service efficace et aux petits soins.
