Retro-chic bistro with a wooden bar offering bistronomic and gourmet dishes.
If Pantruche is retro in terms of decoration, on the other hand, in terms of the plate, this well-known table of the "fines gueules parigotes" plays a bistronomic-gourmet score that is completely up-to-date. On a cloudy summer day, it was possible to choose between snacked cuttlefish with bell pepper purée and confit pork with artichoke barigoule as a starter; for the main course, the chef proposed braised duck legs and stuffed lamb saddle. And you would end these agapes with a Grand Marnier soufflé or poached apricots with thyme crumble. Enticing, isn't it?

Te permiten hacer un menú de primero, segundo y postre con una relación calidad/precio fantástica.
Elegí confit de ternera, un plato completo y se notaba pensado con mimo, aunque todo tenía muy buena pinta.
El vino me ha encantado y hasta el pan venía caliente y se notaba que era de masa madre.
El trato estupendo, tienen carta en inglés y se esfuerzan por hablar con extranjeros.
No es un restaurante barato, pero tampoco es ningún exceso teniendo en cuenta la calidad y la localización. Da gusto cuando merece la pena.

Langoustines en entrée très bonnes tout comme le magret et le dessert (soufflé). Néanmoins le service est lamdba et les serveurs étaient à la limite du désagréable en début de soirée. Cependant le rapport qualité prix pour entrée plat dessert (48 euros) est bon.
