Restaurant in Paris offering a plate of cold cuts, the best fresh and seasonal products, a hamburger sauce.

12-15, like Aveyron Cantal. 50/50. With its long, black-and-red decor, this handsome eatery offers three ambiances: a trendy bar, a cosy corner in the corridor and a pretty room at the back under a glass roof. The owner, Julie, has designed the bistro in the pure Parisian tradition, offering local dishes from Aveyron and Cantal. And the choice is wide! Homemade country terrine, charcuterie from the Mas house, butcher's cuts, bougnat burger... The meat is delicious, the bread tasty, the fries homemade and the wine list interesting.

Une excellente brasserie.
Accueil très aimable et professionnel.
On se sent vraiment bien.
Plats garantis 100% maison (y compris les tripoux aligot pour les aveyronnais et fan d'Aveyron) et bons.
cocktails/cocktails corrects.

Arrêt sur ce restaurant presque par hasard ( on a quand même été aidé par les avis ..)accueil très sympathique , service de la même veine , plat maisons et goûteux , vin du mois agréable et pas chère
