Neighborhood bistro with a tiny kitchen for a home-made cuisine with fresh products.
We would go to this neighborhood bistro without even stopping: grey beds, stone walls painted in grey, high tables and grey chairs, room all along with a server that in its elegant black jacket will spend almost for a trader… A tiny kitchen at the end of the bar boils down to four fires, an electric plate and a fridge with the advantage of not hiding at all frozen. Here everything is fresh and home-made, and when a dish lacks the call, it is that one or more ingredients have not been delivered. On the map, Mr Jacques proposes a clean and hard register: tomato salad, grilled zucchini, cucumbers, beef peppers and, chicken fillet served with penne recipes in a frying pan in mushroom cream and mixed salad, blue burger to Auvergne blue sauce or bread in little goat with tomato, cream in chives accompanied by oven and rockets. Desserts in the same vein (cheesecake…) are made home.

On a débarqué pour la première fois à 11 personnes sans prévenir, on nous a arrangé une grande table, on a évidemment eu de la chance, mais le service est vraiment très sympathique.
On a bien mangé pour un prix raisonnable et toute la table de Bulgares était très contente de manger des produits frais et de qualité.
Merci beaucoup, c'est sûr que nous reviendrons, mais en réservant cette fois ????.

Fuimos tarde a comer, buen menú y servicio profesional. No pido más para comer en el trabajo.
