This restaurant has everything in the small neighborhood, but you can see very quickly that it is far above! The chef, Eric Fava, a small thirty, has made his weapons to the greatest (the George V, L 'Ambroisie, the Gascon, the Pergolese…) before opening his first restaurant with his companion, Léonie Laurent, who is looking after the welcome in the room. In its modern and open kitchen on the room, you can watch it seriously with its second and when the dishes arrive, it is really, without exaggeration, the high-flying gastronomy that goes to you: simple appearance, elegant just what it takes and a real delight in the mouth. The work of French seasonal products, adapted to the taste of the day, is successful, nothing to say.
