Restaurant serving Latin-American-inspired cuisine based on fresh produce, in the Hoy de Pigalle hotel.
Within the Hoy de Pigalle hotel, the Mesa restaurant ("table" in Spanish) opens under a beautiful glass roof with marble table and banquettes. Inspired by Latin American cuisine, the dishes are prepared using fresh produce, for a holistic approach to gastronomy. Portions may be a little small, but the taste and experience are there for all to enjoy: mushroom tacos, papas bravas and cashew cream, cauliflower and chickpea falafel. In the evening, let yourself be tempted by a signature cocktail infused in a vat and served on tap!

Rapport qualité prix très décevant ! Le plat « chaud » était froid et totalement insipide, à base de pommes de terre farineuses ! Le dessert granité aux agrumes affreusement gâché par une mousse tiède et salée détestable - lemon curd ?! raté ! Heureusement que les entrées végétales et croquantes relevaient un peu le défi. Mais vraiment la réputation n’est pas méritée… on est même mal assis ! ????

Had a lovely dinner at Mesa, with great service in a delightful environment. The food was flavorsome and unique among the vegan food we’ve had in Europe thus far. Compared to other vegan food we’ve had in other places, like Ottolenghi’s restaurants in London, or many of the vegan restaurants in the US (Portland, Seattle), the food didn’t wow us with its creativity or flavor profiles. Each plate was delicious, however, and beautifully presented. The portions are rather small - entrees are the size of appetizers - but everything was cooked perfectly!

As a vegan myself I think it was good food but not worth the price. Service was very discreet and the tables are very close to eachother.

Very good food (although the portions are very small) ; the service is not up to the rest of the standard, the staff is not professional and diminishes the quality of the experience.. usually for this kind of high price you expect a certain level of service that was terribly missing
