Delicious and friendly restaurant offering seasonal dishes prepared with mostly organic ingredients.
A delicious and very friendly restaurant, whose seasonal dishes are prepared from ingredients that are mostly organic. The menu changes every two weeks, with a total of about fifteen starters and main courses. For a while, it displayed knives sautéed in herb butter, caramelized whelks with lemongrass, ravioli with gorgonzola-shallots-persil and, for dessert, a lawyer-chocolate vegan ganache and coconut pearls from Japan... Burger lovers will always find two burgers, including a veggie. In the end, a healthy cuisine, which will not lead your stomach. Lovely welcome, terrace on sunny days and brunch on Sundays.

Bon je reviens à super nature je réserve la veille et encore une fois le prix du menu à augmenter de 90 centime d'euro la veille. Coincidence je ne crois pas. En tout cas encore une fois une cuisine et un service de précision, mention spécial pour l'œuf pochette, le pop corn avec le poulpe peut etre un peu trop, j'aurais fait autrement. Si vous passer par ne faite pas l'impasse sur les dessert.

Le plat oeuf poché avec châtaignes, champignons et potiron était excellent ! En revanche déçue par le pavlova en dessert. Un pavlova se présente avec des fruits frais et non un coulis, et il y avait beaucoup trop de chantilly. Dommage car les goûts étaient là.

Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen können, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern !
Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde bis zum Schluss sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt, was vor allem auch an dem sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal lag. Und auch das Interieur war sehr schön, hell und einladend.
Das Essen war von Anfang bis Ende großartig, und mir wird vor allem meine Vorspeise - ein Suppli auf einem Spinatbett- auf ewig in Erinnerung blieben. Der Spinat war von Konsistenz und Geschmack der beste, den ich je gegessen habe.
Dass bei den Zutaten auf biologische und lokale Produkte Wert gelegt wird, sind weitere Pluspunkte.
Herzlichen Dank an die ganze équipe für diesen tollen Mittag und eines ist sicher: Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Paris kommen wir ganz bestimmt wieder ! Wir freuen uns schon jetzt.
