Restaurant ideal for a quick lunch with an original cuisine or an aperitif with the bariolés served in tapas.
Without knowing the concept, the name is intriguing: bariolé (colorful). At first glance, one expects colour. In fact, this triangular "shell" (it contains a small savoury dish or a sweet filling) is naturally coloured according to its contents. Its composition is kept secret. And to eat? The bariolés we tasted were exquisite. One autumn, for example, the house offered Pépé (sweet potato-pumpkin-coconut milk) or Tutti Fromaggi. An original cuisine, ideal for a quick lunch or an aperitif. Small room, therefore fast turnout.
