This is the youngest of the team of the Pizzetta led by Luca Benasciutti and is it really worth a detour? Yes, for a modern bistro with its stone walls, wood furniture, lighting lights and rétro. The map of antipasti is very classic and the choice rather limited. The dishes are rich but a little dull, only the squid stuffed with the purée puree gets the votes of all the guests. Même si je dois dire qu'aujourd'hui je ne jure que par la pizz napolitaine et sa pâte aérée , les pizzas au feu de bois du gallo rosso sont excellentes , bien garnies et copieuses !Une très bonne adresse même si j'irai certainement goûter celles de leurs voisins la prochaine fois ;)
