In Japanese, Tsubame means "swallow", and if this one does not provoke spring, it brings nevertheless happiness to our tastebuds. We are in a hurry to have lunch to taste one of the 3 proposed bentos (meat, fish or vegetarian) or take-away. Beautiful texture of rice, well seasoned vegetables, respected cookings and controlled contrasts... And the menu changes every day!
