This cooking method in clay ovens brings out the flavours of spices, the meat had been previously coated with the famous "tandoori". The prepared meat is inseparable from the nan, a traditional bread baked in the tandoor (clay oven) plain or with cheese (cheese nan), vegetables (kulcha) or even meat. D'autant plus qu'on nous a laissé discuté entre nous après le service et cela a été très apprécié bien qu'on aurait compris si le gérant souhait fermé.
