This cooking method in clay ovens brings out the flavours of spices, the meat had been previously coated with the famous "tandoori". The prepared meat is inseparable from the nan, a traditional bread baked in the tandoor (clay oven) plain or with cheese (cheese nan), vegetables (kulcha) or even meat. Étant avec un bébé de 2 ans, notre peur était de recevoir un plat trop épicé pour lui, mais au final, très satisfait.
Si nous devons revenir en Paris, nous n'hésiterons pas de revenir dans ce restaurant.
