Whether you bite a kulitch (traditional Russian brioche with candied fruit, a vatrouchka (puff pastry with tvarog cream) or a delicate pastry such as medovick, a buckwheat honey biscuit with sgouchonka cream (milk jam) and smetana cream (very fragrant Russian fresh cream), the pastry chef has everything! For lunch, traditional strogonoff beef (with mushrooms and cream), borchtch (rustic soup), pirojok, these little stuffed turnovers (delicious with duck and foie gras), and salmon or crab salad.
