Restaurant in Paris offering rustic and local cuisine, roasted meats, and French toast for dessert.
J'Go showcases the products of the Southwest as well as its values, namely sharing, conviviality, good food and good drink! Obviously, the mission is accomplished because at any time of the day and the evening, this restaurant is crowded. Along the bar, you will have a lovely time with a few glasses of wines from the local vineyards, which are accompanied by lou pastifret pâté, the star pâté of the house. All products have their traceability and they usually arrive from producers of Midi-Pyrénées that the owner defends tooth and nail. The cuisine is rustic, also inspired by these terroirs but updated: lamb kidneys of Quercy, vegetables and purée, chicken roasted on the spit, grilled sausage of Bigorre's black pork, sweet pepper from Landes roasted with ventresca of Bigorre's black pork... For dessert, the French toast of Huguette is well found and you treat yourself. And to accompany the dishes, local wines like an excellent Madiran full of sunlight.
