The AVF Paris 8ème is a cultural association belonging to the national network of Accueils des Villes Françaises. Its aim is to welcome new residents to Paris and offer them friendly events to help them discover their new surroundings and make new friends. The association's website provides information on the dynamics of the network and the various AVF proposals across France. The AVFs operate on a voluntary basis and are committed players in their local communities.

This community center, subsidized by the City of Paris, is housed in a handsome ^18th-century building. A gallery presents exhibitions devoted to various forms of visual art that are well worth a visit. Its auditorium hosts shows for all audiences, especially children. You can also take part in music, dance, cinema, visual arts, sports and leisure activities... And don't forget that it's also the venue for a number of events, including the borough's association forum.

This cultural center organizes a wide range of events, including Korean language courses, Korean film screenings and hands-on workshops, and publishes the excellent magazine Culture coréenne.

This center is run by the Cultural Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, commonly known as South Korea. It offers a dynamic program of exhibitions, concerts, film screenings, lectures, art workshops (Korean knots, painting, calligraphy) and Korean language courses. There's also a multimedia space and a library for consultation and lending. Note that the place is open from Monday to Saturday, and that you don't need to know anything about Korean culture to come here!

Now part of the Théâtre de la Ville network, Espace Cardin was created by the famous couturier in 1970 in the former Théâtre des Ambassadeurs, overlooking the Champs-Elysées gardens. It includes a theater, cinema, conference room, restaurant and exhibition space. Today, it is a venue for a wide range of private and media events, as well as shows and exhibitions, depending on the period. Its rich past makes it an iconic venue.
