Trade, leisure and tourism activities, protection of associations, solidarity and representation actions: so many areas in which the generations take part in the Rural Seniors Movement (new name), present throughout the territory. Everyone can join rural Elders. There is no age, place of residence or professional status. The amount of the contribution depends on each club and the activities it proposes to its members. It is between 10 and 30 € per year. The first voluntary network of pensioners and elderly people in France, rural Elders offer numerous exchanges and leisure activities. Present throughout the territory (85 departmental federations and 9 000 affiliated associations), they also work for the place of older persons in society. Among the advantages: practice your favorite leisure, sports and cultural activities, take advantage of discounts from tourism and cultural partners and some national signs as well as in a local network of traders and services, maintain in shape and create new relationships, be an actor in your local territory, participate in events organized by the rural Elders in your department (conferences)., open doors, contests…), be represented and defended by members of the Association at all territorial levels on topics concerning you (road safety, health insurance, retirement…).
