+ La chambre était bien décorée, moderne et le lit confortable.
Cependant, je pense que je n'ai pas eu de chance au cours de mon séjour d'une nuit car :
- Odeur de cigarette assez forte dans la chambre (je suis non fumeuse donc assez sensible)
- Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche (Tiède après 5min à faire couler l'eau...Pas très écolo)
- J'ai très mal dormi car des gens criaient dans les couloirs à partir de 3h du matin et ce pendant plusieurs heures. Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité. Le lendemain matin à l'accueil lorsque je l'ai signalé, on m'a répondu que c'était parce que "d'autres clients se sont battus...Ça arrive". Aucune excuse.
- Lors de mon arrivée j'ai attendu l'ascenseur longtemps, qui n'est jamais arrivé. J'ai dû monter ma valise seule au 3e étage. Surprise, l'ascenseur était bloqué au 1er étage par un employé qui le nettoyait et qui m'entendait donc appeler l'ascenseur depuis plusieurs minutes.
La colazione sufficiente ma migliorabile.
