٦- الموقع متاز جدا في قلب باريس وبجنب الشانزليزيه وليس مطل عليه.بجنبه مطاعم اكل سريع شورما وفلافل (سورين اخلاقهم مش ولابد)
٧- ازعاج الشارع لقربه من بعض الحانات اجلكم الله
٨- اذا البجت حقك محدود توكل على الله واخذه
