An appreciated cuisine concocted by a three-starred chef in an exceptional setting in Paris.

When Yannick Alleno took over the Pavillon Ledoyen in July 2014, it was widely reported that this three-starred chef since 2007 was doing innovative work on sauces there, with his famous extraction technique. However, it would be reductive to consider only this aspect of his cooking to appreciate the extent of his talent. A famous food critic wrote in one of his columns: "When other great chefs in the same field rest on their classics, if not on their laurels, Alléno sweeps everything away, redoes everything, rewrites everything." Few other chefs would have been able to include linguine with cancoillotte and Alba white truffles on their menus... If you decide to break the bank to treat yourself to an exceptional gastronomic experience in an equally exceptional setting, Yannick Alleno and his brigade will be able to make the moment unforgettable. Note that a new restaurant - Pavyllon - will open in October;

Located in a historical Pavillon on the Champs-Élysées near the Petit Palais, this 3 star michelin restaurant from the world renowned Chef Yannick Alléno is a master piece of gastronomy and experience! We tried the 6 course set menu with the wine pairing (450-500€ per head) and all the dishes were well thought of, very creative and most importantly delicious ???? The wagyu beef was simply amazing ????
The staff is as you could expect for such a high standing venue, very friendly and caring. And the personalized menus for exceptional occasions is a pretty nice touch and always has a wow effect on the guests ????

Not worth its price and the given stars. We travelled across the continents from Thailand with a group of 10 people to dine there on the new year eve of 2024.

Entrees were good but the main courses are bang average. It was even disappointing for those who chose not to eat beef as they were served with a simple pasta and blend poultry.

We ordered a bottle of a 500 Euro champagne and a couple of red at the same price range. Expectation was high, however, we were left puzzled as the service of wine were stopped in the middle of our dinner and our wine glasses were taken out without prior approval. What was more shameful was when we asked the manager, we were repeatedly told with a lie. There was a simple apology sent after the dinner, but it does not help compensate the loss and disappointment we suffered from the dinner.

Will never ever come back and recommend to anyone.
