Nous avons testé pour la 1er fois ce restaurant rester dans son jus, et quelle expérience !!
Enfin une cantine à la hauteur du regretté "Chez Jenny" si chère à notre cœur.
Des entrées simples mais parfaitement réalisées, un œuf mayonnaise généreux, cuit à la perfection et un foie gras merveilleusement bien servie, copieux et très juste en gout.
Pour le plat, nous avons pris une cuisse de canard confite et une épaule d'agneau, un vrai régal.
Pour finir en beauté, une tarte tatin délicieuse et un baba plus qu'imbibé (avec bouteille de Rhum à disposition, même si je n'en es pas abusé ;)
Bref, un endroit parfait si on aime la vrai bonne cuisine traditionnelle de nos chères bistros parisiens.
Nous reviendrons sans nul doute profiter de ce savoir faire et de ce lieu qui, maintenant, restera dans notre cœur !
