Bistro in Paris serving traditional and mastered cuisine and regular well-crafted dishes.
This bistro near the church of Saint-Augustin is aptly named, as it is literally overrun, especially at lunchtime. It's been like this for years, and it's not about to change, especially if the cuisine remains the same: traditional and beautifully mastered. On the program, a menu of the day, and regular dishes well put together. The choice of wines is complicated, as the wines here are carefully selected. And then all day long, from breakfast to evening, the place is punctuated by the comings and goings of the customers: a real place of life.

Depuis le changement de propriétaire l'Abordage est devenu un excellent bistro. Belle déco parisienne, service très pro, cuisine parfaitement exécutée, très belle sélection de vins. Le Chou farci de Marinette en entrée c'est obligatoire.

Le service n'est pas à la hauteur des prix sur la carte, serveur blasé et bougon. Dans l'assiette c'est sans intérêt et hyper chiche (testé les gnocchis, 7 gnocchis qui se battent en duel au milieu des pousses d'épinards). Bref ce genre d'adresse du 8eme qui se prend pour ce qu'elle n'est pas...
