Bistro in Paris serving traditional and mastered cuisine and regular well-crafted dishes.

This bistro near the church of Saint-Augustin is aptly named, as it is literally overrun, especially at lunchtime. It's been like this for years, and it's not about to change, especially if the cuisine remains the same: traditional and beautifully mastered. On the program, a menu of the day, and regular dishes well put together. The choice of wines is complicated, as the wines here are carefully selected. And then all day long, from breakfast to evening, the place is punctuated by the comings and goings of the customers: a real place of life.

Un endroit typiquement parisien. Une cuisine de terroir tenue de mains de maitre. Excellents vins au verre et des prix tout a fait raisonnable pour la qualite. Un service en salle et au bar, tout y est pour passer un excellent repas.

Excellente soirée très bon restaurant, juste un petit bémol pour la planche de charcuterie à partager on avait pris la plus chère (27€ je crois...?) je l'ai trouvé un peu légère pour 5 et pourtant nous ne sommes pas de gros mangeurs...
Sinon le reste était excellent avec une mention particulière pour le baba au rhum...une tuerie !!!
Un service irréprochable, j'avais oublié ma casquette il me l'avait mise de côté pour que je la récupère...
Top, à faire absolument !!!
