Restaurant with colors and a chic tea room atmosphere offering fresh classic cuisine.

Some will say that the address is very girly with its colours acidulous (light grey wood, woven brown light, and embroidered pink) and that its atmosphere draws more towards the chic tea lounge than the restaurant in the sense that it is usually understood. In all cases, the classic kitchen offered by Pierre Cavalier is classic and especially fresh. Royal bream carpaccio and smoked haddock, or burrata and assortment of old tomatoes to attack. To continue, a net of mi tuna, basquaise and cream of peppers. For the desserts part, originality comes with rosemary sand, lemon almonds, fresh figs and it is a treat!

endroit convivial et raffiné, où la cuisine est une pure merveille, la viande, les poissons sont délicieux avec des goûts subtiles... les desserts sont beaux visuellement et orignaux mais toujours plein de délicatesse. Julien nous fait découvrir des vins de petits producteurs qui subliment les plats. franchement que du bonheur pour nos papilles

ristorante top come accoglienza, gentilezza e soprattutto cibo: sublime.
c’è una ricercatezza e un’attenzione in ogni piatto, spiegato alla perfezione da una signora gentilissima (che ha provato a parlare con noi anche in italiano tutta la sera, fantastica!).

Clairement un sans faute. C'est beau, bon, habilement équilibré. Je n'ai foncièrement rien à reprocher. Vous n'êtes pas assez connaisseur de vins pour choisir parmi l'imposante carte? Laissez-vous guider par le maître des lieux qui vous trouvera la bouteille parfaite. J'ai bien dit parfaite. Vos plats vous seront présentés avec soin par votre charmante hôte qui se fera un plaisir de vous conter l'histoire de votre assiette. Enfin, quant à son contenu, il est clair que les œuvres du chef relèvent du chef-d'œuvre. Une équipe unique pour un moment unique. Un grand merci à vous.

We had an incredible lunch here at Le Sauvage. We did the six course tasting menu. Each course was well explained by our waiter and all were amazingly delicious. The price was also extremely fair/affordable for this kind of menu and what we received. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend it.
