Gastronomic restaurant decorated where you can discover a creative and inspired cuisine with its menu.
In this establishment, Jean-François Piège gave free rein to his creativity and you can feel that he enjoyed it and that's a good thing because it is a great success. Le Grand Restaurant, in homage to the film by Louis de Funès, is not that big, a room of 15 seats, whose decoration is signed Gulla Jonsdottir, lit by an overhead light. The glass roof was made for the occasion. You enter through the kitchen and on the plate, you will discover a signature, creative and inspired cuisine. Here, no single menu, but a menu, which will allow you to choose, langoustines, Chardonnay nage and citrus fruit, then a veal chop cooked on nutshell. Somehow the gastronomic equivalent of haute couture.

c'etait pour mon anniversaire resultat une catastrophe je ne conseil pas la carte de ce restaurant a revoir totalement.
The food was good without being exceptional and some dishes were just disappointing (un radis au beurre?!) There was clearly some impressive culinary technics (iles flottante), and the presentation of the food was elaborate, going around the region was well thought. But overall, you go to a Michelin star restaurant for the food, and the flavours here were just lacking, therefore the money spent not really worth it.
Cuisine a m'ont avis 1 macarons mais pas 2 .
