Alain Hacquard's kitchen (former Petit International, Faugeron and Et) is not there by four paths. Mustard calf kidney, guts guts, beef Mustard mustard sauce: here we are in heavy, rustic, rustic, which keeps the body as you say… Sensitive stomachs abstain. Service irréprochable et même au petit soin! Cuisine délicieuse et très recherchée, chaque plat était une découverte, alliant parfaitement saveurs et textures pour une expérience culinaire inoubliable. L'atmosphère du restaurant ajoutait à cette expérience, avec un cadre élégant et une ambiance chaleureuse qui nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Le personnel était à la fois professionnel et accueillant, veillant à ce que chaque aspect de notre soirée soit parfait. En somme, une expérience exceptionnelle que nous sommes impatients de renouveler.
