Restaurant offering a chic bistro menu at contained prices and focusing on the concept of cocottes.

After testing several positions without (none) success, the management of the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe now placed on a secure value, a concept tested and approved for several years already on the Left Bank: Les Buds, former coach of the Top Chef TV show on M 6, Christian Constant. We don't change a formula that works, which is why we will find a large central counter, and above all a chic bistrotière card, at a price (relatively) contained, which takes over some of the figures imposed, including Caesar Salad "like at the Ritz" (some consider that this is one of the best in Paris), the egg tartare, the salmon tartar and above all the dishes dishes in it. Black flags stamped Staub giving their name to the establishment. Our advice? Caramelized mashed potatoes stuffed with pork feet. Not the lightest but certainly the most gourmand.

Un restaurant avec une cuisine originale gastronomique mais abordable avec un service au petit soin!
Nous avons très bien mangé je retiens la soupe de concombre avec de la fêta !

When I sent back the bland parmentier soup, that was still dull after copious amounts of salt and pepper, the icy service from the maitre d' was noticable, no apology no warmth, just a perfuntory change of entree. I have been a frequent diner at the original Cocottes over the years, I love it and have never been disappointed. the food is always delicious, and tasty, At the Sofitel Cocottes mineral water is 9 euros, all the dishes are 2 to 3 euros more than the original restaurant. To be sure the space is lovely the chairs comfortable and the matieres premiere is of the same excellent quality, But it's a cold place, a sort of heartless hotel franchise, it was Valentine's day but our server didn't offer one of the roses kept near the exit, or clean the table between courses.Very disappointing. If you don't have the original to compare there are good things here, the wine the bread, the design. the cook was busy taken pictures with clients but didn't come over to ask about the soup.

La salle est très agréable. Si l'on déjeune à deux, nous sommes installés au bar, ce qui est original. Tous les mets font envie. La cuisine est traditionnelle, les produits sont de très bonne qualité. j'ai passé un agréable moment en ce lieux.
