Located in Paris, Braise is an elegantly decorated restaurant where chef Sylvain Courivaud simmers wood-fired cuisine.

This Braise, opened by Stéphane Manigold, well known in the restaurant world, is located opposite Contraste, another of his restaurants. For this address, he has placed his trust in Sylvain Courivaud, a former chef at Le Meurice. This young chef from the Charente region uses all kinds of cooking methods (we couldn't resist): grilling, barbecuing (big green egg, binchotan for connoisseurs) and flaming. The result: exceptional meats, fish and vegetables with astonishing smoky and/or grilled flavors. Beautiful skittles to quench your thirst and elegant decor.

une excellente adresse en plein cœur de Paris.

Un service aux petits soins, des plats tous cuits au feu de bois pour rapporter ce petit goût Smokey (viande, légume, poisson).

Le restaurant propose un menu déjeuner à 39€ avec amuse bouche, entrée, plat, dessert, mignardises: prix très raisonnable pour la qualité des produits, les quantités et le cadre.

le service devrait un peu plus à l'écoute de sa clientèle par contre le pain varie entre moelleux et très très dur tout au long du repas je pensais que dans un restaurant de cette qualité il y avait du pain frais en tout cas ce n'était pas le cas il faudrait améliorer ce petit défaut
