CAFÉ SALLE PLEYEL
Restaurant on the floor in Paris offering a menu between land and sea, a colorful cuisine with Mediterranean flavors.
In 2007, the management of the more than prestigious Salle Pleyel opened a restaurant on the second floor. For lunch, everyone can go there to taste the cuisine of a chef-guest that changes with the music. The first chef was Sonia Ezgulian then David Zuddas, Laura Zavan, Arnaud Daguin, Mauro Colagreco, Philippe Conticini and today the succession is assured by the Argentinian chef Matteo Nava. On his carte are land and sea delicacies with subtlety. The colourful cuisine with Mediterranean flavours is essential with bright firings and short cooking. The talented Matteo Nava proves that he is also at ease with the traditional, à la plancha and wok.
Stunning venue and great view from pit.
Pints are expensive but too be expected in such part of town!
