Within the chic Splendid Royal Hotel, this new Italian restaurant offers fine cuisine from the fresh-produced Botte, mainly imported from Italy. The talented Michelino Goia star chef provides a taste trip. On entry, you are recommended for mackerel served with mayonnaise with raspberry vinegar. In the flat, the Fagotti pasta was greatly loved by the tomato served on a bed of stracciatella with gamlow. In dessert, we melted with the hazelnut foam of the balanced Piedmont with a beautiful touch of lemon.

Une expérience gustative absolument incroyable. Le chef a réussi à nous faire voyager en Italie ???????? grâce à sa cuisine ????????.
Le restaurant est décoré avec soin, le lieu est privilégié.
Une mention toute particulière au personnel qui était à notre service ce soir : très attentionné, d’une grande gentillesse et très aimable! Je vous remercie pour tout, nous étions aux anges avec mon conjoint et nous avons pu profiter d’un restaurant en amoureux, avant l’arrivée de notre petit bout prochainement….???????????? Expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle ! Chaque plat était une symphonie de saveurs exquises, créativité culinaire et présentation élégante. Le service était impeccable, le personnel attentionné et compétent. Un véritable voyage gustatif qui mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles. À recommander vivement aux amateurs de cuisine raffinée.
