A Romantica Caffe more than just a stone's throw from the Avenue des Champs-Elysées, it's well seen. At his head always Claudio Puglia, who was able to develop his teaching around the Italian gastronomy (he also has the Barocco, Novo Sette and the Romantica). His kitchen is well thought out, a little touch of tradition, a little touch of originality and it rolls. The card is huge and we get lost a little because the headings are first in Italian. The chiffonnade of Parma ham to the bone is accompanied by seasonal fruits, quite original… The beef carpaccio as in Venice, Monceniso sauce is excellent. Special mention for pasta accompanied by choice sauce and this is a real choice among twenty proposals. There was serious consideration for crab in fresh tomato, garlic and parsley and not a moment of regret. The éternel tiramisu for a delicious lemon cream, wet biscuits, lemon zests and candied lemon zests. In addition it's home!
