Yatai Ramen is an open-air Japanese restaurant offering tasty homemade dishes made from organic produce.

For those of you who, like us, don't know what yatai means in Japanese, it's an open-air food stall. Yatai Ramen doesn't have an outdoor stand, but James Shi, a graduate of the Institut Bocuse, cooks up a storm. His ramen of the moment, savoured on a winter's evening, was a comforting taste bomb, with its tomato chicken broth, beef brisket and noodles made from organic flour. In short, a highly recommendable table, which has been duplicated in Pyramides and rue de Châteaudun.

Une amie m’a fais découvrir ce lieu et j’ai adoré le concept et la nourriture.
Le plat que j’ai mangé étais excellent et j’ai trouvé l’endroit chaleureux.

Suite a un conseil d'un ami , j'y suis allé et j'ai été très agréablement surpris ! Le bouillon du ramen est très bon , les entrés vraiment originales .
Le décore sobre et efficace (attention a la poussière sur les fleurs Lego ;) )
La serveuse qui s'est occupée de nous est adorable, elle m'a conseillé des adresses sur Paris très pertinente. Merci a elle encore.
Je n'hésiterai pas a revenir déguster un ramen avec plaisir.

Nous sommes venus grâce au Guide Ultime qui nous a permis de découvrir ce restaurant. On avait la carte Yatai Ramen avec un ramen traditionnel. Nous avons pris aussi un ramen du moment et un assortiment de gyosa. Tout était très bon mais le bouillon des ramens était assez fade mais tous les ingrédients étaient délicieux en particulier les œufs. Et le service étaient très rapide. Merci !
