Couscous bar in Paris offering couscous, meats and vegetables for the most demanding vegetarians.
Did you know that the couscous is the 3rd favorite dish of French people? With this finding, Wissem and Majed decided to open Graine, the first couscous bar. You compose your own couscous according to your desires, with a base (vegetarian, beef, chicken, lamb or ball) to which vegetables are added (chickpeas of course, but also carrots, cabbage, pumpkin, etc.). Flavorful vegetables and tasty meat, nothing surprising when you know that everything is fresh and prepared in the very morning. Meat and vegetables are cooked separately to satisfy the most demanding vegetarians. There, you can also eat shakshuka, the "cousin of ratatouile" as the menu explained with humor, in vegetarian or meatball version. A treat for enthusiasts! Finally, the young and dynamic team and the correct prices for fast food in this neighborhood are really appreciable, so that a second address finally opened at Rue de Berri for the greatest happiness of those who love grain and they are many!

Les plats sont bien équilibrés sur les différents ingrédients, ils sont pleins de saveurs et copieux.
La semoule est très fine, très agréable à manger.
Un très bon rapport qualité-prix si ce n'était le service trop froid (pas souriant) et trop concentré à enchaîner les plats les uns derrière les autres .
On le retrouve dans la présentation un peu bâclée (cf photo avec de la sauce sur les bords du bol), dommage.
Ajout au commentaire : la shakshuka est décevante, beaucoup trop liquide (pleine d'eau), les légumes sont coupés grossièrement et l'oeuf est trop cuit.
Bravo à très vite car je reviendrai grâce à toi !!????
