This restaurant was founded by Arcady Fixon, a Russian who fled the new regime, which wanted to recreate in this establishment the atmosphere of the salons of Russian aristocracy at the beginning of the th century. Prices vary depending on the amount of caviar ordered. Apart from the divine grain (sevruga, beluga, osciètre), the map is organized around preparations based on smoked fish, crab and foie gras. We recommend the fine eel salad from Denmark. For desserts, you can pass, it's simply not the specialty of the house.
