Restaurant close to the Champs-Élysées serving mature pieces of meat and well thought-out starters.

A stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées, Christian Valette represents all that is best in Aubrac. He offers the products of his farm of Vialars: beef pieces matured for 3 or 7 weeks. On the menu, the diagram of a beef and the different names of the meat allow you to know what you have on your plate! So, is it beef steak, flank steak, rump steak, entrecote, tenderloin, rib steak, ribeye or butcher's cut? To be served with a salad, green beans, home fries or vegetables of the day. Very nice selection of about 800 raw products.

Un bon restaurant, dans le plus pur style français, près du Panthéon. Les escargots sont bons, peut-être un peu trop aillés, et l'aligot est fantastique, filandreux et très savoureux. Le tartare est également spécial, très épicé. Un bon impact sur la cuisine française.

Le service est excellent, le personnel est très sympathique, la qualité des plats est excellente, la présentation est soignée, les prix sont abordables et les saveurs sont étonnantes. En plus d'être beau et élégant, le restaurant est situé à deux pas des Champs Elysées.
