Paris-based restaurant La Scène offers a refreshing approach to haute cuisine with its carefully crafted menus. Stéphanie Le Quellec's innovative approach allows the bold flavors of each dish to shine, despite their simple appearance. The restaurant is proud to offer the talented chef's signature dishes, such as caviar, pain perdu and pomme Pompadour, executed to perfection. Pastry chef Pierre Chirac's desserts are just as appetizing, with creations cooked in distinctive flavors, such as Tahitian vanilla crème brûlée and Madagascar vanilla ice cream.
