It is the official centre that manages the visa allocation for Russia. After assembling the necessary parts and making an appointment online on the VHS website, the filing of the documents requested at the Russian Visa Centre (19, rue de Ponthieu if it is in Paris) will take you only ten minutes. All you have to do is pick up your passport and the valuable visa. If the arrival time is the same irrespective of France's VHS Centre for filing your application, the same applies to the rates:
Paris: the visa is obtained in 4 to 10 days in normal procedure (75 €) or 1 to 3 working days in emergency procedure (€ 110).
Marseille and Strasbourg: the visa is obtained in 4 to 10 days in normal procedure (61 €) or 1 to 3 working days in emergency procedure (€ 96).
