SYNDICAT NATIONAL DES ANTIQUAIRES
Founded in 1901, the National Union of Dealers has the primary vocation of defending and promoting the profession of antique shops. It brings together about 400 members today around an ethical code whose principles are good repute, quality and authenticity. The SNA is working on a daily basis to raise public awareness of the need to preserve the vitality of antique galleries, the first players in the art market in France. Dealers participate in the preservation of an ancestral artisan heritage while contributing to France's cultural reputation, and by contributing to the development of the luxury and tourism industries. In September, the SNA organizes the prestigious Biennale des Antiquaires in September, under the glass roof of the Grand Palais.
