Bistro renovated in Paris serving beautiful products well worked, a fig roasted in red wine and honey.
In 2012, a very elegant and elegant family buddies were set up for this bistro. Bistrot, but not delicious for a penny because here we would be in the contemporary creative, broad spectrum with, for example, ceps in carpaccio found from a pesto of clams, meunière frogs with in, crispy calf ris with a duxelle of intact mushrooms and apple's'ou'or argentine-fried vegetables. Take beautiful products, well worked, a villain, but without falling into the shots of the moment and you get an address where you need to play a seat. It's not only the tasty roasted fig-rod in red wine and honey, but its spéculoos sablé.

Habitués à ce restaurant nous avons commandé les yeux fermés le poisson au champagne à 72€ par personne ! Les plats étaient TROP salés et nous avons consommé 4 bouteilles d’eau !!! Aucune ne nous a été offerte alors que nous avons exprimé notre déception… et la chef ne nous s’est même pas excusée quand nous lui avons fait part de tout ceci… une maladresse ? Non je ne crois pas. Un lieu en perte de repère ? Dans aucun doute.
