Discreetly installed near boulevard Raspail and behind the Maillol Museum, this new gourmet "hot-spot" has been attracting attention since it opened in August 2018. One might be surprised at such a liveliness and curiosity for this gastronomic event, but the reasons are becoming very numerous. There are renowned craftsmen and starred chefs who are passionate and motivated by their new playground.
