This traditional Parisian bistro is ideally located between the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower, with a new manager since early October 2016. It's a true restaurant professional who took over the torch of this establishment, with 20 years of experience in the field, of which 15 years in Paris. He has slightly modified the menu, but you can find the great classics of the Parisian brasseries. His personal touch is, however, a warmer and brighter decoration than before. A real plus that makes the restaurant more pleasant than before, including at dinner time. As for the customers, you can meet at Canon des Invalides the regulars of the neighborhood including many customers of the 7th offices as well as tourists who are generally fond of this bistro cuisine, of which 90% of the products are fresh and seasonal! A safe value in Paris.

Terrine de campagne poisson avec fondu de poireaux et légume et mousse au chocolat.
Tout était bon mais le poisson super bon !
Besides the food was homemade and it was incredible good! Super recommended!
