Charming bistro in Paris offering the best of local charcuterie, seasonal dishes, and meats.
Chef Thierry Dufroux, who honed his skills at Loiseau, Guérard and Ducasse, has set up shop in this charming old-school bistro, paying tribute in small ways to his native Basque region. On the slate, the best of the local charcuterie: boudin, chorizo, quindillas... On the plates, and according to the season, cereal-gambas-green asparagus risotto, veal stew with sage, sweetbread heart with cep pan-fry, crispy millefeuille with strawberries and rhubarb in their own juice... A cuisine that's riding the crest of the wave!

Me gustó la crema de calabaza y la ternera estofada al vino tinto y cebolla. Sin ser excelente, es una buena opción en la zona.
