Adjacent to Le Petit Varenne, this iodized mini-counter (a dozen places, terrace included) sends plates/tapas from the sea composed by the minute. On the board that evening, gravlax of pollack, smoked mullet from the island of Groix, ceviche mussels, asparagus, peas or oyster pickles with toast and butters Bordier with Espelette chilli pepper and buckwheat (the mollusc has marinated in vinegar mixed with sugar and water, hence the interesting sweet/acid taste). For seafood lovers, the must-have bulbs with mayonnaise and, in the ultra-fresh oyster season. To conclude, just one sweet proposal. Ogre appetites abstain.
