In this neighbourhood wine bistro, everything is good (meat, cheese, charcuteries) straight from Cantal and a wide range of wine by the glass. Everything is homemade, seasonal vegetables, potatoes pan-fried with garlic, the Auvergne pork stew, sausage truffade, the desserts are also delicious. The cuisine respects the pure Bougnat tradition with its rib steak and lamb shank, but can surprise us with original and tasty proposals such as the guinea fowl millefeuille with foie gras. A pure joy!

De passage à Paris, je suis allé manger aux Vieilles Vignes. La souris d'agneau braisées était très apétissant.
