Trendy, original tapas to be shared (preferably) in an equally well-thought-out venue: this is the latest incarnation of the inventiveness of David Bottreau, who, not content with running the Les Fables de la Fontaine restaurant next door, launched Comptoir des Fables just over a year ago. Beignets, vol-au-vent in the style of chef Guillaume Dehecq, seasonal fish "pimpé", guacamole so incredible, and what can we say about the sweet wonders? It's an exceptional experience, and reservations are highly recommended.
