As one walks into this small space devoted to anatomic pathology, one will need to be courageous. Of the six thousand objects, you will indeed find pieces preserved in jars which are quite striking, anatomical waxes, bone pieces, evidences of pathologies now disappeared. This museum was founded in 1835 thanks to the legacy of Guillaume Dupuytren, a professor of medicine at the University of Paris. Today, the museum also offers a variety of exhibitions and conferences with questions around man, the body and its pathologies.
